Nantucket Comedy Festival, July 28-30, 2011

The Nantucket Comedy festival brings more than laughter into Town. This festival offers a unique element by providing mentoring and comedic educational programming for our local youth through ProjACK: Comedy. Workshops such as Telling Stories, Organizing Your Routine and Stepping Onstage encourage kids to attain life skills and develop self-confidence. 

For the second year, the Nantucket Comedy Festival is contributing towards the health of our environment by implementing green practices through its purchasing, printing, waste production and recycling with the encouragement of ReMain's Sustainability Guidelines. Their green awareness education and promotions help all of us understand how we can make a positive effect on our footprint while still having fun.

ReMain supports the Nantucket Comedy Festival for its dedication to the youth of our commuity and through its sponsorship encourages environmental sustainability and social programming that continues to benefit our Town now and for generations to come.
